Recent Sheraton Salzburg Hotel Review: "Wonderful and friendly service. Having stayed here before, we were given a free upgrade to one of the newly renovated garden view rooms overlooking Mirable gardens. Pleasant surprises included daily bottles of water and chocolates left on the bed etc. The location is excellent... (outside the old town but well inside the inner city).. the walk across  to the old town provides one of the best views of Salzburg and takes a leisurely 10 minutes. Parking is also relatively very cheap especially if you are staying for a week.. they had a weekly parking offer for around 72 euros, or a daily parking fee of around 15 euro's. Like most 5 star hotels in Europe, the quality is more like a 4 or 4.5 star hotel, but nonetheless i wouldnt even consider staying elsewhere on our next visit, and i doubt that you can find a better valued hotel in Salzburg."
