| Fantastic hotel right in the middle of the Old Town, close to a large variety of shops which you can wander in and out of. Our suite was amazing - very large room and bathroom and a small room with lounge chair and TV. Staff very very friendly and efficient especially seeing as we didn't speak any German! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone! |

| I stayed 3 nights in this hotel while visiting Salzbourg. I was expecting a little more for that 4 star hotel but our stay was very good. I consider the room to be more 3 strar sttandard. They were a little small and had difficulty to find place to store our 2 luggages. Air conditionning was not working properly but they fixed the problem quickly. Verry good location in the center of the old town. |

| We absolutely loved the Radisson SAS Hotel Altstadt! The front desk employees were so helpful and nice. Our two standard rooms were upgraded to beautiful suites. They were on different floors, but we have older teenagers,so that did not bother us. The rooms did not have air conditioning, but they brought in a standing fan/air conditioner that helped quite a bit. The location can not be beat, right in the middle of the old city with plenty of shops, restaurants, and attractions within walking distance.We would definitely stay there again! |

| Hotel is situated in very central part of Salzburg. We had booked a double room but on arrival we were upgraded to a suite - what a surprise. Breakfast was included in our deal otherwise its €22 per person. Would not pay that for what is available. Staff were very helpful and polite. Would definately go back to this hotel. |
